I take a user-centric approach to all of my projects since they are always based on a specific target market. In other words, I’m hardly ever designing entirely for myself. By taking the time to understand the audience or user experiences, I can gather the information needed to make the most accurate design, function, and content decisions.
Design and messaging consists of an iterative process to meet the needs of the business and their users. Content, functionality, and data can then be continuously monitored and analyzed in order to optimize the user experience of the product or service offering.
